WOOD, REVISITED

October 28, 2016 – April 8, 2017

Wood, Revisited is an exploration of art made possible by new techniques in working with wood. It “revisits” the same themes that were presented in our 2001 exhibition, Wood Turning in North America Since 1930, which was a collaboration with Yale University Art Gallery. We have created a dedicated website that not only catalogs the work from the exhibition but also provides a look “behind the scenes” at the artists’ creativity and innovation in realizing their vision by applying fabrication methods that are cutting edge.

Welcome to Wood, Revisited, a glimpse into the future of wood art.

Note: To commemorate Wood, Revisited, a beautiful, full-color catalogue will be available for purchase. Click here to order the soft cover version and see details regarding the hard cover version.
